OVERVIEW

Business Management Module: Management is a knowledge made of practical experience and theoretical knowledge. For this reason, the focus of this module is on knowing and knowing how to do. Management is much more than just good administration, though necessary. It is essentially the ability to organize and mobilize resources towards innovation goals.

The third is devoted to the management of interfaces in the value chain, in particular the relationships with suppliers and, in general, the supply chain and supply chain partners.
