The purpose of the Course of Comparative Public Law is the investigation on foreign and international legal systems, also through the study of constitutional history. Furthermore the aim of the course is to use the comparative method to opening perspectives for the future jurist, placing it at the same time able to assess from a legal-cultural national experience and to gain the basic familiarity with external environments where he could operate.
