OVERVIEW

The course aims to propose a method of study to handle an appreciable number of knowledge and skills related to the techniques of individual sports (TOS).

AIMS AND CONTENT

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Skills and knowledge of evolved technical sports knowledge in at least one individual sport specialty for each sport macrofamily.

Ability to describe technically, using the correct terminology and methodological training, simple and complex sport motor skills "closed and open skills".

Knowledge to identify the performance model of a given individual sport specialty relation to the fundamental objectives of the TOS and also to the regulatory level and bio-energy/bio-mechanical.

Frontal lessons

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

To highlight the main transversal content of TOS, attributable to the sports specialty known today, defining the system to trace the athlete’s performance model.

To develop and study the technical-sports knowledge that the future experts of physical training and sector specialist in the sports training field must possess and administer properly.

To provide sparks, solutions, proposals and experiences to encourage and guide students to carry out the TOS study activities.

The Commission, in the most appropriate procedures and times, evaluates the candidate considering:

 1. active participation during the lessons;

 2. the acquired knowledge in class and judged in progress ( written questionnaires , identifying performance models of sports specialty and/or assignment of computer / paper work).
