OVERVIEW

NEW ACTIVATED TEACHING TO RESPOND TO THE PROBLEMS RELATIVE TO THE DIFFERENT RELIGIOUS PRESENCE

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course aims to provide the knowledge of the tools for the analysis of the new boundaries of religious identity and of the religious phenomenon in contemporary systems.

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Knowledge of the religious phenomenon in relation to the juridical dynamics of contemporaneity.

At the end of the course the student will have to know, describe, understand, analyze:

    Moments and problems of the religious phenomenon
    Secular rights and religious rights to the test of fundamentalism
    The relationship between minorities and religious majority

TEACHING METHODS

During the course will be held in-depth credit seminars, oral or written exercises with optional distribution of the related material through insertion on aulaweb, which may replace or integrate parts of the program, to be agreed with the teacher.

    Secular rights and religious rights to the test of fundamentalism
    The relationship between minorities and religious majority
