AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

The traditional model of learning and transmission of knowledge, skills and abilities is based on values, rules, norms, on a formal and linear program scan. However, if the objectives to be pursued are communication skills and the formation of personal and social identity, then the subject who learns is also the one who communicates in continuous interaction with the surrounding environment.

Starting from these assumptions, I set up the teaching activity focusing not only on the transmission of knowledge, but also underlining the importance of mediation as a strategic reference point in the identification of different points of view. As a lecturer, therefore, I will guide the students to the exploration, to the construction of knowledge, to the evaluation, to the awareness, to the acquisition of criteria of choice and analysis.

It is an interaction open to confrontation and exchange, where everyone is a protagonist and not a mere spectator in the face of activated intellectual instruments. In this context, the exercise will be aimed at experimenting by doing and acting in situations.

According to this approach, explicit and formal training moments are only a part of training opportunities that are produced in organizations: forms of communicative interaction, exchange of experiences, solutions to problems
