LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course “Extraordinary Corporate Transactions” assesses the legal issues associated with complex corporate transactions (such as share capital increases and reductions, mergers and demergers), when implemented by join-stock companies (with a specific focus on public companies). Starting from the relevant baseline knowledge (already covered by the Corporate Law course, which is required by all programs of study), the course will address specific corporate law issues concerning the abovementioned transactions, which will be in-depth studied.
