The course involves  learning some training  techniques in the healthcare sector

AIMS AND CONTENT

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

zThe student acquires  pedagogical knowledge in lifelong learning, methodologies of organization  and training schemes as well as management of human resources aimed at a training project for healthcare professions.

TEACHING METHODS

zFace-to-face lessons and work in small groups with simulations designed to refine the student’s display skills

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

Training and its meaning – lifelong learning – current laws – analysis of the growth process of the individual – andragogy – role of the trainer as facilitator – planning health training projects.  Work processes ( responsibility and  analysis of the needs and motivation of the individual).

Working  for “projects”.
