LEARNING OUTCOMES

The internship activity allows students to put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies in the organisational context in which the host company/institution operates.

In the host company/institution, the student will be involved in planning and related intervention activities. This will enable the student to strengthen communication skills, give him/her the opportunity to integrate into work groups with active and proactive participation, learn to work by objectives, and begin to learn about the internal organisational and relational dynamics that characterise the working context.

During the work placement the student will also have the opportunity to assess the skills already acquired and those that still need to be developed. In this way he/she can consciously face future educational and work choices.

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

A compulsory placement in a public or private company (prepared in an accessible format for student workers) is organized  in order to maximize the link between teaching time and application time with regard to the acquired knowledge through targeted and tutored projects. 


Study and internships abroad will be valued.
