This subject wants to give specific knowledge about the digital transition in the European and Italian Public Administration.
This course aims at providing students with a good knowledge and understanding of strategies, tools and processes of digitalisation in Public Administration, focusing in more detail on territorial services.
Thanks to a solid knowledge of digital services development on a national and local scale, which includes cyber security, students will approach the PA world in its constant digital development with increased awareness.
1) Frontal lessons.

The Teaching Units are:
All lessons involve a local Public Administration's figure, who has an important role in the digitalisation process.
Students will have the opportunity to visit an important IT company that operates in the ligurian area.
In each class, teachers will provide all students with the material they'll need to take the exam at the end of the course.
The exam will focus on topics that have been discussed during the course, so it's highly recommended to attend the lessons.
