    OVERVIEW

    This course teaches students the theoretical basis of motor activity and offers ideas for methodology and teaching methods which can be useful for a first oritentation in the diverse fields of professional intervention.

    The various types of training programs are recommended for normal, overweight and obese subjects.

    The dufferent sports intervention on school-age childrenn are also presented

    AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

    Acquisition of basic skills related to the methods and techniques of motor activity. Understanding of physiological and biomechanical processes at the base of the motor skill learning facilities. Knowledge of the principles of skilled human performance.

    Know the professional terminology and basic theoretical elements relating to motor activities.

    Know the basics of planning a training program with the specific role of weight loss.

    Know how to adapt the working methodology depending on: the type of user, time, purpose and objectives.
