The teaching course deals with the theoretical and empirical economic analysis of the processes and effects linked to innovation paths in the production of economic value and in the distribution of wealth associated with the transition towards environmental sustainability and green investments, both from the point of view of Public Economics and the Economics of productive sectors. The proposed topics concern the assumptions and effects of the energy transition on the economy and the in-depth examination of the characteristics and forms of the markets involved, the regulatory instruments implemented by the institutions and the economic effects that the transition will generate in terms of competition and available resources.
