OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI

The teaching is focused on the analysis of business strategy planning and related corporate governance issues from a sustainability perspective. The course is divided into two parts. The first part aims to deepen the contents of the company's sustainable development strategies and to understand the relationships between value creation and competitive advantage and the design of integrated strategies (efficiency-sustainability). The second part intends to provide the student with theoretical and practical tools for formulating a sustainable business plan and for evaluating it ex-ante, ongoing and ex post.
