The course in brief Presentation The degree program offers advanced training in the budgeting and accounting of both private and public companies, auditing, management control, analysis and planning of corporate financing, and knowledge of the lending function of banks. You will also learn how to carry out business valuations, manage the design and implementation of extraordinary corporate transactions, manage business crises and turnarounds, and determine corporate taxable income. All supported by the necessary legal and quantitative insights. Learning by doing During the course you will develop project work, attend in-depth operational workshops on the topics covered and on business and accounting software. You will be able to do business internships - also in agreement with the Chamber of Commerce - and professional internships - in agreement with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Professional outlets After graduation you will be able to pursue careers as Chief financial officer - CFO or administrative officer in private and public companies, bank branch manager or corporate client manager in banks and financial intermediaries.
