Training Objectives. The course provides the theoretical and practical foundations necessary for the effective conduct of inspections and the implementation of structure protection, in accordance with Norwegian standard NS 476:2004. DICCA is accredited by the Norwegian body FROSIO as a training body for the preparation of "Inspectors for surface tra tation." Admission requirements The course is intended for those who possess a high school diploma; individuals who do not possess this qualification are allowed to participate in the course in the exclusive form of auditors.
