Enrica Lombardi' Degree Prize - Museke Onlus Foundation

The Fondazione Museke Onlus announces the 2nd edition of the "Enrica Lombardi Degree Award", intended for students who have obtained a master's degree, specialised degree or an old-style degree (D.M. 270/04, 509/99 or V.O.) from an Italian university, discussing a thesis between 1 May 2023 and 30 April 2026.The cash prizes amount to a total of € 4,500 gross, distributed as follows: € 2,000 to the 1st classified, € 1,500 to the 2nd and € 1,000 to the 3rd. The thesis must deal with the theme of international cooperation with African countries, in the educational-training, social-health or maternal-children sectors. The “Giosi and Alberto Archetti” Awards for Undergraduate and PhD Theses

The University of Brescia, in collaboration with and with the financial support of the Fondazione della Comunità Bresciana Ente Filantropico, is publishing a call for applications for two PhD thesis awards and two Master’s thesis awards, in memory of Giosi and Alberto Archetti. The thesis must focus on international development cooperation, in line with the projects initiated by Giosi Archetti in the past, and may cover various fields (legal, economic, technical, health, etc.). Massimo Riili' Award - ANCE Syracuse Architecture Award

The “Prof. Francesco Dondi” Memorial Prize 2026

The National Federation of Associations of Chemists and Physicists, in collaboration with Remtech Expo, with the aim of fostering young people’s awareness and sensitivity towards the issue of contaminated site remediation, the protection and regeneration of the environment, and to encourage cultural and scientific study of the subject within universities, is offering a degree thesis award in memory of Prof. Francesco Dondi to the candidate who, between 1 April 2023 and 31 July 2026, has successfully defended, at a legally recognised Italian university, a Master’s thesis in the degree programmes LM 13, LM54, LM71, LM17, LM58 and LM44, focusing on one of the following topics: research, innovation, monitoring, the circular economy, characterisation and remediation of contaminated sites, risk analysis, remediation technologies, sustainable development, regulatory controls or related fields. Dissertation award 'Family is alive!

The prize is awarded to a Bachelor's, Master's or Combined Bachelor and Master's thesis that develops the contents of the "Charter of Values" or the key themes of ANFN (National Association of Large Families). The prize may also be awarded to theses that can provide valid support for campaigns or initiatives that are the subject of ANFN's activities.

Lucia Abiuso Award - Cybercrime Film Festival

The Co.Re.Com. Calabria, based at Palazzo Campanella, Via Cardinale Portanova, Reggio Calabria, institutes the "Cybercrime Film Festival- Lucia Abiuso Prize", edition 2026.
In accordance with the aims of the competition, the author or group of authors, through their work, shall offer a contribution to the awareness-raising and development of ideas, cultures and attitudes aimed at a conscious use of the web, as well as to the fight against the phenomena related to cybercrime.

Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome Thesis or Postgraduate Thesis Award

The Italian Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome Association is offering a total of six awards for the best undergraduate or postgraduate theses on the subject of Pitt-Hopkins syndrome, to be defended between August 2024 and August 2026.

AIDIA 'Ideas for a Changing World' Award

The Italian Association of Women Engineers and Architects, announces the award with the aim of valorising the work of Women in the fields of Architecture and Engineering.
The objective of the competition is to select and award interventions, works, processes or actions already implemented that have adopted innovative solutions for the improvement of people's lives and work in various fields, from the urban, territorial, environmental and digital context to the entrepreneurial and professional one.

"Women in Chemistry and Physics" Award

The National Federation of Associations of Chemists and Physicists, with a view to promoting chemistry and physics in support of future sustainable development, aims to promote the right to education and gender equality in access to science and technology degree programmes, as well as to highlight the role of women in these technical and scientific disciplines. As part of STEM Week, it has relaunched the 2026 edition of the WOMEN IN CHEMISTRY AND PHYSICS AWARD.
The call for applications for the Award is open to women who have graduated with a Master’s degree in chemical sciences (degree classes LM13, LM54, LM71) and to women who have graduated with a Master’s degree in physical sciences (degree classes LM17, LM58, LM44). Aurelio Marcantoni Award

The Arezzo Historical Society, the Arezzo editorial office of the daily newspaper “La Nazione”, the Arezzo Mobility Authority (Atam), Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A., Chimet S.p.A. and the Fraternita dei Laici are organising a competition to award a “culture prize” to young people born on or after 1 January 1991 who have written and defended bachelor’s, master’s or specialist theses, and doctoral theses, at Italian and foreign universities, in any faculty.

Premio alla Memoria di Massimo Dell'Orso

The "Massimo Dell'Orso Memorial Prize" promoter committee, legally referring to the MonteCeresa Ecomuseum Association, is organising an initiative with the intention of collecting scientific works that have dealt with the post-earthquake theme of the Central Apennines 2016-2017, announcing a competition to award a prize for the best degree thesis. Scientific works of a different nature will also be collected which, although not competing for the prize, will contribute to enriching an online archive dedicated to the themes covered by the announcement.
The initiative, which sees the contribution of the Emidio di Treviri research group, the Sociology Course of the University of Camerino, the Historical Institute of Macerata and the Brigate di Solidarietà Attiva - Marche and which is joined by the Monti Sibillini National Park, C.A.S.A. Cosa Accade Se Abitiamo, Terre in Moto - Marche and Ecomuseo del Monte Ceresa, is dedicated to the memory of Massimo Dell'Orso, an earthquake victim and friend of the Sibillini who in 2018 took his own life in the hotel where he was displaced on the Abruzzo coast. Fellowship at the Centre for Advanced Biotechnology (CBA)

We would like to inform you of the possibility of a fellowship in the field of Neuro-oncology on the mechanisms of resistance in malignant brain tumours (Glioblastoma), for which there is unfortunately still no effective cure at present. The techniques used will be Cell Culture, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunocytochemistry and more. The Lab will be held at IRCCS San Martino, Centre for Advanced Biotechnology (CBA), Laboratory of Experimental Neuroscience (Tower A4).
