Contents The Master’s Degree in Management prepares you to face the current complex and dynamic challenges of businesses, providing you with advanced, solid, and multidisciplinary training to access managerial and executive roles in both industry and services. We are living in a time of profound transformation: digitalization, sustainability, technological innovation, and new organizational models are reshaping the way businesses operate. In this context, companies seek managers capable of understanding and leading change with competence and vision. In the first year, the program focuses on deepening the foundational themes of business management, such as strategic management and the process of choosing strategic options, corporate governance and decisions related to business development, organizational design and change, advanced marketing approaches, and business history. Additionally, students have the opportunity to explore innovation marketing, operations management, labor law, business ethics, and social responsibility. The second year is dedicated to more specialized skills, including human resource management and organizational behavior, intercultural and international management, and economic policies for business competitiveness. The curriculum also includes quantitative analysis tools (operations research, applied statistics for marketing and management) and legal studies in commercial law.
