Degree Programme Coordinator

It is responsible for:

  • Performing all the functions assigned by the University Statute and the University Teaching Regulations.
  • Coordinating the committees and the persons responsible for the activities of the Degree Programme.
  • Convening the Degree Programme Council (CCS) and submitting the Single Annual Report (SUA), the Annual Monitoring Report (SMA), and the Cyclical Review Reports (RRC) of the Degree Programme for approval.
  • Reporting to the Degree Programme Council (CCS) on the outcomes of all the activities carried out by the committees and the persons responsible for the various programme activities.

Degree Programme Quality Assurance Committee

It is responsible for:

  • Preparing and updating the Single Annual Report (SUA-CdS) and the Annual Monitoring Report (SMA).
  • Preparing the Cyclical Review Report (RRC) and monitoring the implementation of the proposed improvement actions.
  • Reviewing reports and requests submitted by students, academic staff, and technical and administrative staff, in accordance with the procedures established by the University.
  • Promoting a culture of quality assurance and self-assessment within the Degree Programme.
  • Analysing teaching evaluation questionnaires, AlmaLaurea survey results, and other sources of information (e.g. surveys completed by partner institutions or host companies).
  • Reviewing the annual report prepared by the School Joint Committee of Academic Staff and Students (CPDS).
  • Monitoring students' academic progress.

Teaching and Master's Degree Admissions Committee

It is responsible for:

  • Periodically reviewing the curriculum based on data and recommendations arising from monitoring activities, and coordinating its delivery while taking into account the availability of teaching facilities and support services.
  • Verifying the consistency between the allocated ECTS credits (CFU) and the student workload, as well as the progression of learning activities across semesters.:
  • Periodically reviewing the admission requirements and the procedures for intermediate and final assessments.
  • Ensuring the harmonisation of course syllabi across the Degree Programme.
  • Checking the completeness and accuracy of the information provided in course descriptions.
  • Assessing the adequacy of teaching facilities and student support services.
  • Evaluating the academic records of applicants to the Master's Degree Programme to verify that they meet the curricular admission requirements.
  • Organising the assessment of applicants' initial preparation.

It is responsible for:

  • Identifying the needs and expectations of society, the labour market, and the cultural sector.
  • Providing advice on the alignment of the Degree Programme as a whole, as well as its individual learning activities, with the demand for higher education and professional skills.
  • Promoting and strengthening relationships with industry and external stakeholders, fostering closer links between the Degree Programme and labour market needs, and contributing to the identification of the expectations of relevant social partners.
  • Monitoring the alignment of the curriculum offered by the Degree Programme Council (CCS) with the evolving needs of the labour market.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the Degree Programme in terms of graduate employability and career outcomes.

Student Recruitment and Outreach Coordinators

They are responsible for:

  • Organising the Degree Programme's student recruitment and orientation activities, in coordination with the Department and School Orientation Delegates and the University's Orientation Office.
  • Organising activities to promote the Degree Programme to prospective students and external audiences.

  • Coordinating tutoring activities for students enrolled in the Master's Degree Programme.

  • Promoting and coordinating outgoing and incoming student mobility through the Erasmus+ programme and other international mobility programmes.
  • Promoting the internationalisation of the Degree Programme through international outreach activities and by fostering the mobility of academic staff.

They are responsible for:

  • Coordinating the lecture timetable to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Optimising the distribution of examination dates throughout the academic year.

  • Promoting, collecting, and managing internship and placement opportunities.
  • Organising the collection of feedback and questionnaires from organisations hosting internships and placements.
