To apply for the recognition of other credits, you must submit the Internship/Internships and Other Activities Commission, at least three months before the final discussion, the specific form with a paper trail stating:

• the activity performed and/or competence acquired
• the duration of the activity

You may also submit a self-certification concerning the duration of the training activities. In this case, the Commission, proceeding with spot checks, may request formal documentation from you later.
