Evaluation

Did you enroll after 2016/2017?

 

The final grade results from the sum of four elements:

  • curricular average (expressed in hundredths):
    consists of the arithmetic mean of the marks for the examinations taken and weighted in relation to the number of CFUs for each teaching or Other learning activity
     
  • Honours obtained in examinations:
    for each distinction, an addition of 0.5 points
     
  • CFU abroad:
    • from 6 to 11 CFUs, add 0.5 points
    • from 12 to 18 CFU, add 1 point
    • .
    • over 18 CFU, add 2 points
  • evaluation of the final examination:
    the maximum score is 5 points awarded as follows:
    • 0 to 3 points for the quality of the written paper
    • .
    • from 0 to 2 points for the ability to present and discuss the paper, responding to questions formulated by the supervisor and other members of the committee

    is the arithmetic mean of the marks obtained in the examinations taken and weighted in relation to the number of CFUs attributed to each teaching or other learning activity
     
  • honours obtained in examinations:
    each distinction carries an addition of 0.5 points
     
  • evaluation of the final examination:
    the maximum overall mark is 5 points awarded as follows:
    • 0 to 3 points for the quality of the written paper
    • .
    • 0 to 2 points for the ability to present and discuss the paper, responding to questions from the rapporteur and other members of the committee

The final mark is derived from a single rounding of the score resulting from the sum of all the previous elements.

Rounding is done by:

  • default, when decimals are less than or equal to 5
  • .
  • excess, when decimals are greater than 5
  • .

 

 

When the score reaches (or exceeds) 110, the committee may unanimously award the lode upon the rapporteur's proposal.

N.B.You can only graduate if you have obtained a mark of no less than 66 out of 110.
