For admission to the graduate examination, you must have completed all the credits required by the educational regulations of your degree program.

The final examination consists of the discussion, before a committee, of a paper done on a topic agreed upon with the supervisor, related to a teaching present in your study plan.

The dissertation must be characterized by:

• the originality of the topic, method and/or results obtained
• a rigorous research method
• complete and up-to-date bibliographical references
• a thorough knowledge of the subject and your ability to critically analyze

You may write your paper in English but you must accompany it with an abstract in Italian. In any case, however, you will have to discuss the thesis in Italian.
