In order to formulate the degree grade, it is defined as:

• basic average grade: arithmetic mean in hundredths, weighted with CFUs, of the grades of all the educational activities in the Study Plan;
• cleaned average grade: arithmetic mean in hundredths, weighted with the CFUs, of the grades of all the formative activities in the Study Plan, eliminating from the sum the 30 CFUs relative to the lowest grades;
• speed award:.
  • 4 pointsfor those graduating by the November call of the third year;
  • 2 pointsfor those graduating by 31 March of the fourth year;
• final examination grade: up to a maximum of 6 points.

The graduation grade, expressed in hundredths of a second, is calculated by summing the average cleared grade, the speed bonus, and the final test grade. Those obtaining a mark greater than or equal to 111 are awarded honours. 

In the event that the grade obtained by adding the Speed Prize to the cleared average grade exceeds the basic average grade by 6 points, this increase is set at 6 points.
