Access to the course of study provides:

a) possession of the curricular requirements

Assessment of the curricular requirements and verification of the adequacy of personal preparation must be carried out prior to enrolment. Enrolment with educational debt is not envisaged.

Curricular requirements are the achievement of a three-year degree or a university diploma of at least three years' duration, a four-year degree, a single-cycle master's degree, or another qualification obtained abroad and recognised as suitable on the basis of the regulations in force.

Students with a qualification obtained abroad must compulsorily take the Italian language proficiency test organised by the University. Failure to pass this test will result in the awarding of supplementary training activities offered by the University.

a.1) Those who have obtained a three-year degree (or other equivalent qualification) in the following classes will have direct access to the assessment of the adequacy of their personal preparation: L-1 Cultural Heritage; L-3-Disciplines of Figurative Arts, Music, Performing Arts and Fashion; L-5  Philosophy; L-6 Geographical Sciences; L-10 Humanities; L-11 Modern Languages and Cultures; L-12 Language Mediation; L-15 Tourism Sciences; L-16 Administration and Organisation Sciences; L-20 Communication Sciences; L-36 Political Sciences and International Relations; L-42 History will be able to directly access the verification of the adequacy of personal preparation.

The adequacy of personal preparation is automatically verified if a final grade of 106/110 or higher is achieved. Also exempt from taking the test are those who hold a university degree in the humanities, law or political-social sciences obtained in Italy or an equivalent degree obtained abroad.

International students will still have to undergo an interview to verify the adequacy of their personal preparation.

a.2) Those who have obtained a Bachelor's degree (or other equivalent qualification) in other classes will be eligible for the verification of the adequacy of personal preparation if in their previous course of study they have acquired at least 40 CFUs in at least 5 different fields included among the following:

ICAR/17; INF/01; IUS/01; IUS/09; IUS/14; IUS/21; L-ART/03; L- ART/04; L-ART/05; L-ART/06; L-FIL-LET/10; L-FIL-LET/11; L-FIL-LET/12; L-LIN/01; L-LIN/12; M-DEA/01; M-FIL/01; M- FIL/02; M-FIL/03; M-FIL/04; M-FIL/05; M-STO/02; M-STO/04; SECS-P/01; SECS-P/02; SPS/02; SPS/03; SPS/04; SPS/06; SPS/07; SPS/08; SPS/11.

Students who do not meet the curricular requirements may acquire the missing CFUs through enrolment in individual training activities (bridging career). Undergraduates may also apply for assessment of the curricular requirements, provided that they only owe the degree examination
