FAQ How do I accept the awarded grant? Acceptance must be made via the online services. Is it compulsory to accept every month of the scholarship? It is not obligatory, but we recommend that you accept the scholarship in full. After verifying the training offer of the host location, you can sign the agreement to receive the scholarship for a lower number of months, if necessary. I won both a scholarship and a traineeship, can I accept both? Yes, as long as the two periods do not overlap. However, the sum of the two mobility periods must not exceed the maximum 12 months allowed per academic year. I still don't know when I will leave, which dates should I enter in the acceptance? The period to be indicated in the acceptance should be based on the start and end dates of classes. You will be able to find this information on the webpage of the host location. I have already accepted the online exchange, can I change my departure date? Yes. If the period abroad will still take place in the planned semester, you will have to communicate the new date to the International Mobility Office and to the relevant School/Department office. If the mobility will take place in a different semester, we advise you to check the validity of the Learning Agreement and Application Form that may have already been completed. I was assigned a seat that was not among my preferences, why? The committees, while taking into account the preferences expressed in the application, will assign you the seat deemed most appropriate on the basis of the educational offer and your skills (including language skills). Can I exchange my scholarship with another winner's scholarship or with a free scholarship? No, the assigned seat is definitive. The committee may only consider a change of assignment: in the event of major changes in the course offer that do not allow you to carry out your teaching activities in the case of refusal of the host establishment Do I have to inform the foreign university that I have been selected?
