Thesis title deposit

For final-year students in Philosophy and History there is no requirement to submit their thesis.

An exception is made for students who wish to graduate under the supervision of a supervisor in a scientific-disciplinary sector not included in the Degree Programme’s structure; in accordance with the Degree Programme’s Academic Regulations, must name a co-supervisor from amongst the academic staff belonging to the degree programme and seek prior authorisation from the Programme Coordinator and the Degree Programme Board well in advance of the thesis submission date (4 months), using the thesis title submission form, which must be sent to tesiarealettere@unige.it

Thesis delivery

By the deadlines set out in the table, you must submit a copy of your final thesis to your supervisor (unless you have agreed to send it by email or WeTransfer).

Uploading the PDF of your dissertation to the dedicated portal is not required for three-year degrees, despite this being indicated in the Dashboard. It applies only to master’s degrees.
