What to do to graduate If you are a final-year student, you must:Submit the title of your dissertation (if required)Choose the graduation sessionComplete the AlmaLaurea questionnaire onlineComplete the degree application onlineSubmit your dissertation to your supervisor and co-supervisorIf you have any books on loan, return them to the libraryComplete the evaluation questionnaire for your degree programme.Remember to:Check that you are up to date with fee paymentsPay the stamp duty for the issue of your degree certificate (payable via the online services – payment of fees and contributions)Check that you have sat all the exams and learning activitiesCheck that they are all recorded on your online academic record. Failure to register for examinations and other academic activities does not prevent you from completing and confirming your degree application online.You can only pay the degree fee after confirming your degree application online.To be able to graduate, you will need to check that everything has been recorded online.You can check your status by accessing the Degree Dashboard. If you encounter any problems with your degree programme, please contact the Student Services Centre.If you decide not to graduate in the session for which you have submitted your graduation application you must notify the One-Stop Student Service as soon as possible.Please note Postponing your graduation application from one session to another does not happen automatically. You must therefore submit a request to the One-Stop Student Service. Thesis title deposit For final-year students in Philosophy and History there is no requirement to submit their thesis.An exception is made for students who wish to graduate under the supervision of a supervisor in a scientific-disciplinary sector not included in the Degree Programme’s structure; in accordance with the Degree Programme’s Academic Regulations, must name a co-supervisor from amongst the academic staff belonging to the degree programme and seek prior authorisation from the Programme Coordinator and the Degree Programme Board well in advance of the thesis submission date (4 months), using the thesis title submission form, which must be sent to tesiarealettere@unige.it Attachments Document Deposito titolo della tesi triennale DAFIST Thesis delivery By the deadlines set out in the table, you must submit a copy of your final thesis to your supervisor (unless you have agreed to send it by email or WeTransfer).Uploading the PDF of your dissertation to the dedicated portal is not required for three-year degrees, despite this being indicated in the Dashboard. It applies only to master’s degrees.
