The Department's Academic Orientation and Guidance Coordinator works in close collaboration with the DAD Orientation and Communication Committee, the Polytechnic School Orientation and Tutoring Committee, the University's Student Recruitment and Orientation Office, the University's Academic Guidance and Tutoring Office, and the University's Career Services and Placement Office.

She is in charge of: 

Entry Orientation

• Participating in and contributing to orientation activities for prospective students, including the DAD Short Course Guide, Open Week, Open Day, Orientation Fairs, mock admission tests for degree programmes with restricted admission.
• Organising activities to promote the Degree Programmes externally.

Academic Guidance and Support

• Providing individual counselling and advising sessions for students seeking academic guidance or support in re-orienting their study path.
• Regulant Project: a coordinated university-wide initiative aimed at reducing student dropout rates through targeted support measures for first-year students.

 Career Orientation and Placement

• Organising and promoting events aimed at presenting internship and employment opportunities.
• Supporting students in their transition from university to the labour market.

The Head of International Activities works closely with the DAD Erasmus Committee and the Internationalisation Committee of the Polytechnic School, of which he is a member.

He is responsible for:

• Promoting and coordinating incoming and outgoing student mobility within the framework of international mobility programmes.
• Promoting students' and staff mobility and the internationalisation of the Degree Programmes through outreach and promotional activities abroad.
• Coordinating the activities of the Architecture International Relations Office.

The Quality Assurance Officer operates at the Department (DAD) level and collaborates closely with the Degree Programme Board. Accordingly, the position is appointed and its responsibilities assigned by the Department.
