The University of Genoa provides each student with UniGePASS credentials (username and password) to access the University's IT services.

As a UniGe student, you have access to the Office 365 suite through the Microsoft Campus Agreement. Use your UniGePASS username and password to register.

The services include:

• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Outlook
• OneNote
• Teams
• 5 TB on OneDrive

You can install 5 copies of Office 365 Education on your computer and 5 on your tablet and smartphone.

Students, faculty, and administrative staff can access Microsoft Education licenses, the new name for Microsoft Imagine, and download many Microsoft software.

To access:

1. Visit Cedia's web page where you can find some brief informations. Click on Per accedere al servizio cliccare qui
2. You will be directed to the Microsoft Azure page. Now click on Sign in using the credentials you used to register for the Office365 service
3. Once logged in, select portal at the top right of the page; now you are in a Microsoft Azure page: write education in the search field on the top
4. You are now on the page where you can download the software.

UniGe offers two wireless networks, GenuaWiFi and eduroam, that allow access to the Internet and the online services with your UniGePASS credentials.

There are more than 600 access points located in our buildings and facilities.

The eduroam network is a service provided by the Education Roaming Federation, which UniGe is a member of. You can use your UniGePASS credentials in many other universities and research institutions in Italy and abroad.

MyUniGe is the official UniGe application that gives you all the information you need about your lessons and the availability of the classrooms.

With MyUniGe App you can have it on your device:

• the configuration of the degree course and the teachings you would like to monitor
• a detailed description of the lessons per week and for the entire teaching cycle
• the description of the lessons and teachers
• availability of classrooms in real time
• receiving alerts and communications via push notifications

It's available in Italian, English and Spanish.
