The course in brief Presentation The Bachelor's Degree aims to provide the student with basic knowledge in the fields of communication and information and specific skills in the various fields of management, organization, production of communication and information. The Bachelor's Degree in Media Communication and Society is divided into two curricula: Cultures, Society and Information, which aims to offer theoretical tools and practical skills to operate in the field of media communication highlighting the multiple cultural meanings and the main effects of social and territorial transformation; Methods and Technologies for Communication, which proposes to offer training focused on specific professionalism in the field of digital technologies and the world of new media. Learning by doing The course includes workshops in which you learn how to communicate with new media, create multimedia and audiovisual products, and design and broadcast radio programs. The training offered also allows you to acquire: computer skills for communication; methods and criteria for social and media research; skills in the use of new media, with reference to interactive media and their applications. The two curricula also include workshops and training internships in companies and institutions. They also encourage participation in internships and apprenticeships at Italian and foreign universities - European and non-European - within the framework of national and international agreements of the University of Genoa.
