The Course of Hematology and Oncology will focus on the clinical presentation and the treatment of the most common malignancies and non-oncological hematological diseases. In particular, the molecular mechanisms inducing neoplastic disorders will be addressed underlying the potential role of novel therapeutic targets (targeted therapy). Moreover, the diagnosis and treatment of selected diseases will be presented as well as the proper use of the most common laboratory and imaging tools.
