The methodological approach is intended to give students the tools for understanding the dynamics affecting labor relations. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course provides students with knowledge about Italian employment law (the legal regulation of the employment relation and of the employment market, the analysis of the legal forms of workers’ participation at plant level and of collective bargaining). Students shall be able to understand the employment dynamics and the national employment legal regulation also in the light of European Union principles and labour and social policies. TEACHING METHODS Illustration of theoretical concepts and discussion of case studies and examples. Lessons are in italian. The students that are at least sufficiency (18/30) in the written test are admitted to the oral test, which provides one / two questions. Attending students can access (by enrolling on Aulaweb with the terms and procedures that will be announced in class) to an intermediate written test.
