The course will analyze some main topics of Italian general private law: i.e. property right, law of succession, torts, family law
Classification of contracts (sales, lease, building contracts, mandate, agency, transport, deposit, security, settlement, insurance, consumer contracts, subcontrating). Torts and remedies. Other obligation sources different than contract and torts (negotiorum gestio, restitutions, unjust enrichment, unilateral promises, negotiable instruments). Law of property (with reference to Italian Constitution, Italian Civil Code, statutes); co-ownership, iura in re, possession; family law; inheritance mortis causa.
Students are expected discuss and solve legal problems within the area of the course
