The goal is to analyze the homogeneous and heterogeneous characters between different patterns of administration. Special attention is given to the dynamics of transformation of the public administration connected with social change in contemporary societies. AIMS AND CONTENT TEACHING METHODS Combination of traditional lectures (approx. 40 hours) and classroom discussion of the project selected by each student (approx. 8 hours).
