The course deals with actors, processes and dynamics of interaction involved in administration – mainly public – discussing the main organizational models. The goal is to analyze the homogeneous and heterogeneous characters between different patterns of administration. Special attention is given to the dynamics of transformation of the public administration connected with social change in contemporary societies.
Combination of traditional lectures (approx. 40 hours) and classroom discussion of the project selected by each student (approx. 8 hours).

Oral examination. The evaluation criteria are: competence and fluency of argumentations, precision of scientific language, link capability between related subject, arguments in support of autonomous reasoning, synthesis capabilities.
