The lectures will deal with the territorial articulation existing in the contemporary constitutional systems, considering the distribution of powers between centre and periphery, the organization of different levels of government (local, regional, national and supranational) and the relations among them.
Some important constitutional experiences will be analyzed, considering their historical evolution and their recent tendencies.
