The course deals with the study of Italian constitutional law and principles of administrative law
The teacher will explain the main aspects of Italian constitutional law and the basic principles of Italian administrative law
The teacher will explain general notions of constitutional law, in particular Italian constitutional system and also the basic principles of administrative law; this teaching gives the notions which help to study in better way the other juridical matters of the degree course.
The course has 60 hours of lesson; other teaching activities will be indicated to students.

Constitutional law:
notions of law and juridical system,
Constitution and other sources of law,
States, European Union and international system,
fundamental principles of Italian Constitution,
rights and duties,
organization of Italian Republic: Parliament, President of the Republic, Council of Ministers, judges, constitutional Court,
Regions and local bodies.
Administrative Law:
organization of public administration,
administrative acts,
remedies against administrative acts.

PUBLIC LAW
The examination of foreign students will take place in verbal form: three questions about different matters.
The assesment will consider the level of knowledge, the ability to put connections and the use of juridical language.
The commission of examination is formed by the professor Patrizia Vipiana, others teachers of Public Law of the Department of political sciences (Dispo) and "cultori della materia" designed by Dispo's council.
