Combination of traditional lectures (24 hrs.) and classroom discussion of students’ presentations (12 hrs.)
Globalization processes have economic, political and cultural aspects. They are developing at different levels and in different institutional frames, creating new forms of interconnection and interdependence. In a first, general part the course will deal with the main theoretical perspectives about globalization, while a second part will focus in more detail on the human consequences of these processes.

The exam has a written part (questions with multiple answers), followed by a couple of oral questions (one on a short written essay prepared by the student)
