The course provides the students with the fundamental techniques for the correct design of the most important utilities in chemical processes.
The course provides a basic understanding of principles and methods that can be used as tools for understanding and investigating industrial chemical processes. The potential applications derived from the laws that govern technical thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and heat transfer will be analysed and discussed.
