Through the reading of some main works of Italian literature we will study the themes, styles and communication strategies of literary texts, particularly focusing the attention on the educational skills of the Italian literature.
The main objective of the course is a focused analysis of those aspects and topics in the Italian literary production that best suit the specificities of Primary Education.
Literature will be analyzed and presented as a privileged reflection of society, as a projection of the human condition, with special reference to the world of childhood, of maternity, of the feminine, in the complex interweaving of historic reality, sealed by the added value of artistic transfiguration
Further objectives are: to educate students to the reading, the analysis and the interpretation of the italian literary texts and to its historical and cultural heritage; to provide an adequate knowledge by which the students can design learning paths for primary school.
