The processes used for the manufacture of the main inorganic compounds are described and discussed technically.
The objective is to provide a deep knowledge of the main processes of industrial inorganic chemistry, a critical analysis of the motivation of solutions adopted to manufacture the main inorganic chemical products, and the criteria for the correct approach to the design of an industrial process in terms of productivity, safety and environmental protection. Relations of the processes steps with thermodynamics and kinetics are underlined.
Lectures in italian languge, visits to industrial facilities.
