OVERVIEW

Intercultural geography itself as a tool for showing the power that has in identifying possible areas in which to promote intercultural practice , to find her in the concrete of everyday relationships , where you need to generate the experience of mutual exchange .

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course intends to present the stages of evolution of intercultural geography, understood as significant support in the complex construction of identity.

TEACHING METHODS

The course consists of lectures , in which will be used to slide supplementary text and video .

It 'also provided the use of aulaweb .

They will also be presented and discussed during the course materials on the geography of intercultural tools 

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

The course aims to provide a framework on issues such as: cultural connotators ( language and religion ) , cultural diversity , globalization , European integration , the North - South imbalance , the smaller the great migrations . Particular attention will be paid both to the arrangements cities as privileged spaces for the promotion of intercultural projects is to " not " intercultural places such as the food and literature .
Prerequisites ' : E ' must have taken the exam in Human Geography .

EXAM DESCRIPTION

For attending students : written test ( only for students who have attended 70 % of classes ) .The test A will be at the end of lessons (more information will be provided by the teacher in the first lessons of the course )

For non-attending students : oral exam .

The oral exam includes the discussion , including through the use of graphs, charts and tables , proposals on aulaweb or present on the texts in the program , useful to the understanding of the territory understood as a central point of contact for the study and the various interactions between identity .
