The course aims at acquiring and developing expertise in the field of Health Management, with particular attention to the planning and organization of the National Healthcare Services Prevention Services. For health care professionals, it is crucial acquiring the basic information on the National Health Service (SSN), the organizational, economic and technical aspects in view of a proper managerial exercise of your profession.
Acquiring knowledge about hospital and spatial health structures and their functioning; Acquiring theoretical and operational tools that guide learners in human relationships, marketing, mediation in case of conflict, financial flow management and management control.
Acquisition of the concept of the evolution of healthcare companies, from business to regionalization and accreditation. Provide knowledge on the organization and management of Local Health Services Prevention (ASL) and Hospitals. Provide adequate knowledge of all activities that are carried out within the Prevention Services. The role of health care practitioner in prevention services. Acquisition of methodology techniques to achieve efficacy, efficiency and cost effectiveness within the SSN. Know how to use methods and tools in the organization area and management of health services.

Obligatory written examination. The written format has been adopted in order to ensure that the knowledge acquired during the entire course is assessed in an objective manner. This modality is deemed to be able to correctly evaluate the achievement of both the general and specific training objectives.
