To acquire the fundamental notions of criminal law
The course of criminal law is divided into two parts . The first is the general part, which deals with the structure of the crime (actus reus, mens rea, defences), with particular regard to the crime by omission, which most frequently is committed by the employer; shapes of crime (attempt, participation, concurrent crimes, circumstances), imputability; sentencing. The second is the special part , which is an overview of the most frequently committed by employers crimes provided by criminal code and d. lgs. 81/2008
