To acquire basic notions about institutions of international work law and the main instruments of protection and promotion of rights in the Italian and international context. Being able to make decisions in accordance with legal rules, ethics and professional conduct governing the profession. Knowing the rules related to promoting health in the workplace . Gain a basic understanding of the management . Acquire the basic skills to understand the relationships between the organization and planning of health services, health economics and management. Acquire the fundamental notions of criminal law, as well as on the procedures applied in the field of punishing crimes against environment and safety at work

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

 The course of criminal law is divided into two parts .

The first is the general part, which deals with the structure of the crime (actus reus, mens rea, defences), with particular regard to the crime by omission, which most frequently is committed by the employer; shapes of crime (attempt, participation, concurrent crimes, circumstances), imputability; sentencing.

The second is the special part , which is an overview of the most frequently committed by employers crimes provided by criminal code and d. lgs. 81/2008
