Biomedical instrumentation: system radiography (X-ray, CT scan), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI), EEG. Processing of biomedical images: punctual and local operations, filtering, co-registration, display systems, segmentation, pattern recognition, three dimensional reconstruction.
