The course aims at developing the institutional content relating to the tasks of finance within the corporate management function, with a careful cut is the most recent developments of the theory both for operational and implementation issues. They are, in particular, developed the financial analysis methodologies, criteria and evaluation methods of corporate investments and the criteria and the process of defining the financial terms of loans coverage.
