Combination of traditional lectures (48 hours), hands-on sessions in laboratory (10 hours).
• Introduction to the LabVIEW graphical programming language, basic programming structures • practical examples on different design patterns using state machine, single-, and multiple-loop • design, implement, and distribute stand-alone applications • fundamentals of PC-based data acquisition and signal conditioning • hands-on experience installing and configuring data acquisition hardware and software functions for analog and digital input/output, triggering, signal conditioning, and synchronization

The final examination will consist of a project to be developed in the laboratory and an individual written test on LabVIEW environment equivalent to the one necessary to achieve the “Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer” (CLAD) certification from National Instruments
