    The course aims at introducing students to the main issues of organizational design and behavior.

    The course is delivered in Italian. Foreign students may attend classes and take part in the course or study one of the textbooks mentioned below. Instructors are of course available for support.

    These are three, very different, textbooks that can support the study of the subject. Foreign students may take one of them but they are asked to discuss their specific interests with the instructor:

    • Gareth Morgan, Images of organization, any edition.
