In the first part of the course provides basic knowledge on applied thermodynamics. Introduced the first and second law of thermodynamics, thermodynamic diagrams for gases and vapors; direct and inverse thermodynamic cycles; .principles of air conditioning.
Lectures and Practice
First part: Thermodynamics: 1st and 2nd law of thermodynamics open or closed systems (volume control). Energy conversion processes direct and inverse. Refrigeration equipment. One-dimensional thermal fluid dynamics: Bernoulli's equation. Fluid flow in pipes: calculation of pressure drops, and Moody diagram. Thermodynamics of moist air: psychrometric quantities. Principles of psychrometrics. Psychrometric charts (Mollier - Carrier). Psychometric transformations. Measure relative humidity. The place conditioning in summer and winter. Compressible fluids flow. Hunoniot equation. flow in convergent-divergent
