AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES (FURTHER INFO) Purpose of the course is to provide students with knowledge and skills to read relational and communicative processes, with particular reference to professional interactions. TEACHING METHODS The course is divided into a theoretical part based on frontal lessons and in some moments of active comparing and exercising between the participants.
