OVERVIEW

The Course proposes a key to reading the main dimensions of interpersonal relationships, with particular attention to the professional context.

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES (FURTHER INFO)

Purpose of the course is to provide students with knowledge and skills to read relational and communicative processes, with particular reference to professional interactions.

TEACHING METHODS

The course is divided into a theoretical part based on frontal lessons and in some moments of active comparing and exercising between the participants.

  • Social interaction;
  • Development of interpersonal behaviour;
  • Relational perspective in professional context;
  • Role and professional identity in the relationship with patient;
  • Helping relationship: characteristics and objectives;
  • Communication competences in professional context;
  • Group work in professional context.

EXAM DESCRIPTION

 

The exam provides for an assessment of the knowledge through a written paper prepared on the basis of the readings and the topics discussed during the course.

Evaluation is based on the relevance and completeness of the contents in relation to the topic being dealt with

ASSESSMENT METHODS

The exam allows to verify the achievement of the expected learning outcomes by assessing the ability to properly present the theoretical knowledge acquired by the course
