This teaching should provide knowledge on developmental issues specific analyzed both in relation to age (childhood, pre-adolescence and adolescence), the anatomical regions concerned (parmorfismi spine, dimorphisms frontal and sagittal spinal, postural disharmony), the main viable therapies (use of guardians of the spine), correlating to such situations paths engines and / or sports.
After completing the course, the student has the basic knowledge related to methodological aspects, educational and organizational and relational characterizing the areas of education and prevention in the changing motor and various developmental stages, particularly in the following areas: education, leisure (recreational), prior to wellness. In particular, the student will be able to: - Organize training activities, leisure (recreational) and preventive according to the principles of: individualization, quantity, variability, and adequacy gradually - Choose styles and educational methods adapted to the various age groups, the objectives (educational aspect) and the phase of mental and physical development of students (preventive). - Prepare content (exercises, drills, games applications, games), mainly to objectives related to: wellness, prevention and leisure activities (recreational). - Modular activities according to the principles of multilateralism 'and versatility applied to different educational sessions (easy-difficult; simple-complex, known-unknown;) and targeting the areas of wellness, prevention and recreation. - Organize the appropriate educational setting, to the objectives to be achieved, in relation to its constituent elements: dellallievo ages, available space and equipment, available time (educational aspect). - Relate with students, based on age and the stage of intellectual development, with adequate communication, understandable and effective (educational aspect). - Use the educational aspects of communication, especially in the various stages of motor learning, in relation to the effective stimulation of the proper use of internal and external feedback from the student (educational aspect).
