The course of artistic and rhythmic gymnastic prepares the use of several great tools, small ones, the women's men's artistic gymnastics, and traditional tools as well as free body in various situations

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

In  each integrated module imparts the teacher of theory and technique of individual sport lessons through lectures and technical expertise on the playing fields, with specific reference to the main specializations of athletics, rhythmic gymnastics, in reference to the court and to the main martial arts .

Acquiring the ability to set educational level and psychomotor the pre-acrobatic floor exercise, the use of some of the large and small sports and traditional tools in all phases of development of the individual and in the possible future work situations.

Theoretical and practical lectures

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

Technical and educational development and care of the Artistic Gymnastics; I outline the methodology of training and gymnastics terminology. Structural characteristics of large and small sports and traditional tools; facilitating the equipment. Floor Exercise: balance exercises, joint mobility, rolling, reversals, upsets. Vaulting: the vaulting stages and basic exercises, jumps with side valicamento, with reversal of the direction of rotation after the thrust bearing of the upper limbs. Beam: systems approach, speeds and basic work, revenue and primary outputs, equilibrium positions. Parallel equal: Basic exercises of momentum, strength and balance. uneven bars: systems approach, grips, basic positions, easier entry and exit, turn elementary exercises. Mini trampoline: elementary jumps with and without rotation around the longitudinal axis. theoretical knowledge and basic use of the great tools of traditional gymnastics: Swedish framework, wall bars, climb the stage, horizontal scale, bend, climb the stage scale, balance board, plinth. theoretical knowledge and basic use of small tools of rhythmic gymnastics and traditional: rope, single club, ribbon, hoop, ball; sticks, logs, supports; tools uncoded. Theoretical basic knowledge of rings, pommel horse, bar.
