AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES (FURTHER INFO)

The student, at the end of the course, will know the theory, the rules, the behaviors and the basic techniques of this Martial Art. This know how will allow the student to: understand the performance model of this sport to program a proper training; strengthen the respectful and cooperative attitude towards the enviroment and colleagues; strengthen healthy and hygienic behavior relevant to the physical training needs and acquire the skills to teach this behavior to the pupil; learn and teach safe fight exercises and games for pupil education and development; perform and teach some basic techniques able to prevent injuries from falls and educate the control and management conflictual situations.

EXAM DESCRIPTION

The exam is composed by a practical part and a questionnaire.

The practical test takes place at the end of the course at Judo gym: student has to show the proper execution of some techniques learned during the lessons.

The questionnaire on the Judo theory, it can be done during the official exam dates.

The average of the two evaluations (practical and questionnaire) will mean with the evaluations of the other two subjects (Athletics and Gymnastic).

The final result will be  Individual Sports Course vote.
