The course, composed by 20 hours lesson, first of all has the aim to make the students more legally aware of their daily lives, and to provide them with necessary tools to consciously face their sport activity.
Acquisition of private low basics, with focus on most relevant institutions in organization and practice of sport activity.
In particular the course will be based on following topics:
- Sources of private law
- Legal situations, subjective rights, legal relations
- Facts, acts, legal effects
- Goods and assets (overview)
- Law subjects
- The organizations ( with focus on associations)
- Contracts ( with focus on typical and atypical contracts, like skypass).
- Civil liability: functions and premises.

The first part of the course will provide basics for fluency on private law language and categories and a second part will faces more specifics aspects concerning sport activities, like contracts and civil responsibilities in sports world.
